Training & experience
It’s a brand new initiative where we’ll provide free dedicated training, plus a paid in-school placement for you to gain valuable classroom experience to become a TA.
Work with us
Once you’ve completed your training and placement, you’ll secure a reference from the school you worked at and be ready to work with us as a TA.
Limited places
Places are limited because we're looking for only the most dedicated people with a genuine interest in kick-starting a career as a TA.
We're looking for someone with:
- A passion to work in education.
- A commitment to undertake virtual, evening training sessions.
- Availability to complete a paid placement in a school.
- Readiness to start working as a TA with us on completion of the programme.

What you will get:
- Free dedicated online training sessions in areas such as safeguarding, child protection, behaviour management and working in SEND (special education needs and disabilities).

- A reference from your placement school enabling you to work in schools as a TA.
