About the role
A mainstream primary school is looking to a appoint a Teaching assistant to join their Year 3 class on a full time basis from after the Easter break,
You responsibilities will include-
-Supporting the class teacher where and when needed in the classroom
-Working with children both 1-2-1 and in small groups
-Supporting pupils with Special educational needs in the classroom
-Working collaboratively with class teacher and other support staff
-Assist with school trips and preparing resources for lessons
-Supporting class teacher with challenging behaviour if needed

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Year 3 Teaching assistant you will:
- Have a DBS on the updated service or be willing to apply for one
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Prior experience working with children
Key responsibilities
As Year 3 Teaching assistant you will be responsible for:
- Provide support to the teacher and assist pupils with their learning
