Smart Teachers are recruiting for a year 3 Teacher to join a three form entry, 'Good' primary school in Brent.
About the role
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
- Differentiate learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional learning needs and higher achievers.
- Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Work closely with parents, carers, and other staff to support each child’s academic and emotional development.
- Support and promote the school’s ethos, values, and behaviour policies.
