A primary school in Tower Hamlets are looking for a Year 2 class teacher to join them from January until July 2025.
You MUST have UK QTS. Experience teaching in KS1 is desirable although not necessary.
You should have experience working in schools in Greater London.
M1 - M6
About the role
Full class teacher responsibilities would be expected. You will have a partner teacher to support you throughout the year aswell as SLT when needed.
You should-
-Be confident, adaptable, and a good team player
-Have strong behavioral management skills
-Be able to adapt lessons to the needs of pupils
-Have experience with pupils with SEN
-Be able to work collaboratively with other members of staff (SLT, Teachers and TA's)
-Experience supporting ECT's, TA's and other support staff is beneficial

The school are looking for a teacher who is confident in their ability to teach pupils with a variety of needs, can work off their own initiative and is adaptable in their methods of providing engaging lessons.
The school has a strong sense of community and they are looking for a Year 2 teacher who can share their values and work well with others. The classroom is settled and the children are generally well behaved.
