Requirements

To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:

• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and organization
• Support students in their learning, both individually and in small groups
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and productive learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and lesson planning

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
