Smart Teachers are looking for motivated candidates looking to start a career in education.
No work experience required.
All training will be provided.
About the role
This role will consist of online training.
A consultant will be assigned to you to support you through the training process.
Once training is completed you will be qualified as a Teaching Assistant and will be able to work in mainstream primary schools supporting class teachers.
Hours are 8:30 - 4pm

Schools will be located across Barking.
Schools will expect successful candidates to:
- Have the ability to take intiative
- Be punctual
- Have a passion for education
- Work with SEN if needed
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
- Willing to learn
- Ability to work with children 1-2-1 as well as group settings
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Have a DBS/ be able to apply for a DBS
