08:30 - 16:00
As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and activities for students.
- Support the preparation of learning materials, resources, and classroom displays to enhance student engagement.
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students, providing tailored support particularly for students with SEN
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere by encouraging student participation and collaboration.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education, particularly in working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and staff.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one
