We are recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Brent, supporting a child in Key Stage 1 with autism. This is a rewarding role where you will provide tailored support to help the child thrive in their educational environment.
About the role

Provide one-on-one support to a child with autism in KS1

Ensure the pupil is accessing the curriculum

Support the child in classroom activities, ensuring engagement

Work closely with SENCO and other professionals to provide consistent care

Role starts at the beginning of the summer term and will be until the end of the academic year

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
- Be willing to obtain an enhanced child workforce DBS
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Have experience supporting children with Autism, preferably in a school setting
