This amazing school based in Peckham is looking for experienced PMLD Teaching Assistant for as soon as possible start. They cater for young people with severe and profound learning needs (PMLD).
About the role
They are seeking a passionate and dedicated PMLD Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will need to work alongside the Class Teacher providing whole class support as well as working on a one to one support basis to provide academic support, personal development and guidance. You must be creative in your approach in order to motivate the pupils and keep them focussed throughout the lessons. Building good relationships with the pupils as well as the parents in order to achieve progress

Requirements
To be considered for the role of PMLD Teacher you will:
- • Previous experience with pupils with severe and profound learning needs (PMLD).
- • Experience of working with SEN pupils in a teaching environment.
- • An ability to work as part of a team and flexible approach to support this schools requirements.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
