Job Title: SEN Teacher – Full-Time Position Ofsted rated "Outstanding School"

Salary: £34,513 - £51,242 per day

About the Role:
An Ofsted rated "Outstanding" School based a short 5 minute walk from Stratford station are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to join a specialised SEN provision starting in January. This role involves working with a small class of six students with a range of profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning disabilities, sensory impairments, and medical conditions. These students also present with challenging behaviour and require a highly supportive and structured learning environment.
About the school
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each student
- Employ strategies to support students with sensory impairments and severe learning difficulties
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours effectively, fostering a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Work closely with support staff and specialists to provide individualised educational support
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods to help each child achieve their potential
Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Teacher you will:

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
