SMART Teachers are recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside a pupil in Year 3 with Autism for a mainstream primary school in Dagenham.
Monday - Friday
08:30 - 16:00
About the role
SEN Teaching Assistant working with a pupil in Year 3 with ASD.
The role will require you to:
- Support the pupils social, emotional and academic needs,
- Be able to identify the pupils needs and support them based off of this
- Work with the class teacher to assist with the pupils learning and adjust work where required
- Monitor the pupils progress in the classroom

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have experience working as a Teaching Assistant
- Be able to work Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16;00
- Have the ability to work with SEN pupils
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant
Key responsibilities
As SEN Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Supporting a pupil with Autism 1-2-1
