The desired PMLD Teaching Assistant will:
- Have a passion to teach outside of a mainstream environment, and a commitment to experience the unique opportunities of a special school
- Have a kind, caring, and compassionate nature which is used to plan and deliver inclusive, fun, and inspiring lessons
- Must hold Child and Adult DBS
- An ability to work as part of a team and flexible approach to support this schools requirements
- Be able to do personal care
About the school
As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be supporting pupils in their learning and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom

They work with young people, aged 3-19 who have severe and complex learning difficulties and learners with an additional diagnosis of autism and/or physical/sensory difficulties.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working with PMLD pupils
