About the role
The role:
- Teach a group of 9 students with a range of complex needs, including PMLD, autism spectrum conditions (ASC), and medical requirements.
- Support an active and engaging learning environment where students thrive through exploration and fun activities.
- Implement and manage highly organized routines to support individual learning and development needs.
- Work alongside a team of 5 highly experienced and supportive staff members.
- Students include those who are ambulant, some requiring wheelchairs, and others with Positive Behaviour Plans.
- Emphasis on creating a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment tailored to each student’s needs.
