To be considered for the role of Secondary School Early Career Teachers wanted (ECT) you will:
- Secondary trained with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualifications
- Experience of working with Secondary school aged children

Key responsibilities
As Secondary School Early Career Teachers wanted (ECT) you will be responsible for:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that foster a love of literature, language, and critical thinking.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology, to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
