Requirements

To be considered for the role of Secondary School Early Career Teachers wanted (ECT) you will:

• Secondary trained with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualifications
• Experience of working with Secondary school aged children
• Overseas trained teachers welcome to apply

Key responsibilities

As Secondary School Early Career Teachers wanted (ECT) you will be responsible for:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons that inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that foster a love of literature, language, and critical thinking.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology, to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
