About the role
We’re looking for Secondary School Early Career Teachers to join our pool of teachers or our guaranteed pay scheme. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting flexibility or experience in a variety of schools. We work with some of the top independent schools, academies, and state schools in and around the local area.
- We can also support with long term and permanent positions should you wish to secure a placement to complete your Early Career Teacher Training.

This is an excellent option for those wanting flexibility without the stress of not having a permanent position, OR, teachers wanting to work in a range of different environments. Once signed up, lots of our staff often work at 1 or 2 schools on a regular basis however, we can help provide other schools should you want to experience a range of settings
- Secondary School Early Career Teachers needed for daily and short-term cover (bulk of bookings pre-booked meaning you’ll know at least the day before)
- Planning provided, supply teachers need to deliver the lesson
- Flexible working - you choose the days you work
- Guaranteed supply scheme available – work exclusively for us, if we don’t have work available, you’ll still be paid in full (T+Cs apply)
- Pay negotiable depending on experience and length of contract/agreement with a school
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Secondary School Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will:
