Smart Teachers is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced science teacher for a 11-18 mainstream secondary school based in Redbridge
About the role
We are seeking a passionate and committed Biology Specialist to join our successful Science Department. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach A-Level Biology for the right candidate. Requirements
To be considered for the role of Science Teacher you will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Biology with the ability to teach confidently across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable
- A passion for science and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve their best
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to motivate learners of all abilities
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- experience working within a mainstream secondary school
