Smart Teachers are looking for a dynamic and reliable School Receptionist/ Attendance officer to support administrative and front of house functions as well monitor the schools attendance in a lovely high achieving Independent secondary school based in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

About the role

Working in this secondary school as part of an established team, the desired School Receptionist/Attendance officer will be working to support administrative and front of house functions. The role would also entail the monitoring of attendance and helping to organise the duke of Edinburgh scheme. The working hours would be Monday - Thursday 10am - 6pm and Fridays 10am - 5pm. the role is likely to start initially via agency but would be made permanent for the right candidate.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of School Receptionist/ Attendance officer required for a High- Achieving Independent school located in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham you will:

  • Previous experience working with a school environment ideally having worked on attendance
  • Be compassionate, understanding and caring
  • Good time management skills and a friendly and approachable manner
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have a Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Paid via PAYE
