Smart Teachers is seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Admin Officer for a prestigious independent school, starting 24th February. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced school administrator to join a dynamic and supportive environment.

You will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling phone inquiries, updating attendance records, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the busy school environment.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of School Administrator you will:
- Welcoming visitors and managing the school’s reception area
- Handling phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
- Supporting the school office with administrative tasks such as filing and document management
- Maintaining attendance records and updating pupil information using iSAMS
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- relevant school administrator experience
