I'm recruiting on behalf of an excellent Special Needs School based in Herne Hill. We’re looking for a SEN Teacher to support pupils with PMLD (Profound and multiple learning disabilities).

The ideal candidate must have a background in working with students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges these learners face.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEN Teacher (PMLD) you will:
- • Have a passion to teach outside of a mainstream environment, and a commitment to experience the unique opportunities of a special school
- • Have a kind, caring, and compassionate nature which is used to plan and deliver inclusive, fun, and inspiring lessons
- • Have a recognised UK teaching qualification
- • Have extensive experience working with PMLD students who have a range of complex needs, including physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and severe medical conditions.
- • Have Moving and handling training and able to use hoist
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
