About the role
As a Part-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Assisting with classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, tailored to their individual needs.
- Helping with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of student progress.
- Encouraging student participation and fostering a love of learning.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Part Time Teaching Assistant you will:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop.
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Enhanced DBS check will be required (or willingness to undergo one)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with children is desirable.
