Maths Teacher Secondary School

This Ofsted rated “good” secondary school based in Richmond, are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher for September 2024, on a full-time basis. Working in this secondary school as part of an established team, the desired Maths Teacher will be working with KS3/4 with pupils with KS5 available also.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Maths Teacher Secondary School you will:

• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching maths at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.

Key responsibilities

As Maths Teacher Secondary School you will be responsible for:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, ensuring that all students achieve their full potential.
• Develop and implement a stimulating maths curriculum that promotes problem-solving, logical reasoning, and a passion for mathematics.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including technology, to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
