Smart Teachers are recruiting for a CACHE Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join a Early Years class in a Primary School in Fulham, starting in January 2025.
About the role
- Supporting Learning: Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities, helping students engage with learning
- Individual Support: Provide tailored support to students, especially those with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their academic and personal development
- Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive learning environment by managing student behavior and promoting engagement
- Resource Preparation: Prepare and organise classroom materials, displays, and equipment for lessons

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have experience working in a Early Years setting
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Have a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Early Years Workforce
