Smart Teachers are pleased to be working with this high achieving Secondary school located in the borough of Merton. The school are seeking Learning support assistants to work with the school on a long term basis ASAP.
About the role
The role would involve support Students within a mainstream secondary school, The student/s would have mild learning difficulties and as such will need support within lessons
on a 1:1 basis while working in the classroom with the rest of the class. The role is open to Graduates looking to pursue a career in Education or those with more classroom experience.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support assistants Req for Outstanding Secondary school located in the borough of Merton you will:
- A degree or equivalent education
- Be compassionate, understanding and caring
- A passion for the progress of Secondary school pupils
- A enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain one
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
