We're looking for a dedicated and eager Learning Support Assistant to join the team at a school in Fulham. For those who are enthusiastic about supporting children's learning and growth, this is a fantastic opportunity.
About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Assisting with classroom management and promoting a positive learning environment
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, tailored to their individual needs
- Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of student progress
- Encouraging student participation and fostering a love of learning

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Learning Support Assistant you will:
- A genuine passion for helping children learn and develop
- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Have experience working in a school setting
