Smart Teachers are looking for a Inclusion assistant to start asap on a full time basis until at least Christmas
About the role
The role would involve working with students who have been withdrawn from class and contacting the relevant staff if there behavioural issues continue while in the Withdrawal room

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Inclusion Assistant for a High achieving Co-educational Secondary school located in the borough of Ealing you will:
- A University Degree
- A passion for working within Pastoral and namely behaviour
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt
- Experience in a previous role, or personal experience in Behavioural role or dealing with challenging Behaviour is desirable
- Calm and compassionate nature
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Paid via PAYE
