Smart Teachers working with a mainstream secondary school based in North London who are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Assistant to support the smooth running of the school’s HR operations.

- Support HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR data is up-to-date.
- Assist with payroll administration and staff absence management.
- Provide advice and support to staff regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of HR Assistant you will:
- School-based experience is essential. You understand the unique challenges and needs of a school environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
