Smart Teachers is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised HR Administrator with a view of starting as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy HR team in a thriving educational environment

About the role

The Role:

  • Update and maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) in line with compliance requirements
  • Input and manage employee data within the HR system
  • Audit employee files, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required
  • Work collaboratively to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations

Requirements

To be considered for the role of HR Administrator you will:

  • Has previous experience in HR administration (education sector experience desirable)
  • Is confident in using HR systems and data entry platforms
  • Understands the importance of compliance and safeguarding procedures
  • Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Suitable HR experience
