The Role:

• Lead and develop the Business & Economics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
• Deliver an engaging and aspirational curriculum up to A-Level.
• Support and inspire a team of dedicated teachers.
• Monitor student progress and drive outstanding outcomes.
• Play a key role in the school’s wider business and enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Head of Business and Economics you will:

• A passionate and experienced teacher with QTS and a track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to develop staff.
• A commitment to delivering a high-quality, inclusive education
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to inspire students to achieve their best

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
