Smart Teachers is working in partnership with a Outstanding 11-18 secondary school who is looking for an inspirational and ambitious Head of Business & Economics to lead their thriving department.

The Role:
- Lead and develop the Business & Economics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Deliver an engaging and aspirational curriculum up to A-Level.
- Support and inspire a team of dedicated teachers.
- Monitor student progress and drive outstanding outcomes.
- Play a key role in the school’s wider business and enterprise initiatives.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Head of Business and Economics you will:
- A passionate and experienced teacher with QTS and a track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to develop staff.
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality, inclusive education
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to inspire students to achieve their best
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
