Graduate Teaching Assistants
We are looking for graduates who have a passion for education and working with children to join us at Smart Teachers working as a Teaching Assistant with our partner primary schools.
Training for working as a Teaching Assistant will be provided by us.
We do not use umbrella companies, we use PAYE.
About the role
As a graduate teaching assistant, you will be working in mainstream primary schools within East London supporting pupils in all year groups across Early Years, KS1 and KS2.
We have both full time working in one school Monday-Friday, and part time supply roles.
Part time supply roles involve working in different schools in different year groups on the days you are available for work. You let us know your availability as soon as you can, and if there is work available on those days we offer this to you.
Your roles will include-
-Supporting the class teacher where needed throughout the day
-Supporting pupils in the classroom with their work
-Supporting pupils with SEN
-Helping prepare lessons, working on projects and going on school trips if needed
-Carrying out 1-2-1 and small group learning sessions

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant, East London you will:
