This Ofsted rated “good” secondary school based in Richmond, are looking to appoint a Geography Teacher for September 2024, on a full-time basis. Working in this secondary school as part of an established team, the desired Geography Teacher will be working with KS3/4 with pupils with KS5 available also.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Geography Teacher you will:
- A degree in Geography or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Geography at the secondary level, with a strong track record of student achievement.

Key responsibilities
As Geography Teacher you will be responsible for:
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and collaborative planning initiatives.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies in line with school policies to maintain a focused and orderly learning environment.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, ensuring that all students achieve their full potential.
