Flexible Teaching Assistant Work - Lambeth

Smart Teachers are recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join their supply pool, providing short and medium term cover to schools in Lambeth and the surrounding boroughs From January 2025.

About the role

• Teaching Assistant required to provide short and medium term cover across schools in Lambeth
• Work is flexible around your availability whether that be 1 or 5 days per week - you decide how much you work!
• Roles compromise of General Teaching Assistant work as well as supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 basis
• Weekly pay, paid via PAYE
• Easy to use app where you can update us on your availability and view your shifts

About the school

• Schools located across Lambeth and Southwark including Herne Hill, Dulwich and Brixton
• Mixture of state schools and Independent schools
• A number of schools have on site parking and/or located close to tube stations

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Flexible Teaching Assistant Work - Lambeth you will:

• Be a flexible, hard working Teaching Assistant who is able to use their initiative

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• Have previous experience working with children
• Have an enhanced 'Child Workforce' DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
