EYFS Teaching Assistant
Level 3 Teaching Assistant
About the role
Your role as an EYFS Teaching Assistant will be centred around the school's unique and innovative ethos. You will be spending allocated time within the classroom as an EYFS TA, but will also provide hours of 1:1 tuition and learning time in the classroom's intervention area. Whilst a particular focus will surround attainment levels with the child, your role is based on nurturing and behaviour provision on a more social & emotional level - and will include working closely with the SENCO and the school's fabulous senior leadership group!

Requirements
To be considered for the role of EYFS Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have experience providing specialist support to children in Early Years
- Have experience working 1:1 and in small groups
- Have experience liaising with Parents and SENCO on the child’s progress
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- L3 Teaching Assistant qualification
