Smart Teachers is looking to recruit enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher (ECTs) to join our supply teaching network.

You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, ensuring student engagement, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This role is ideal for ECTs seeking to build their teaching experience and expand their professional network.

- Maintaining classroom management and student engagement.
- Supporting students' individual needs and providing assistance as required.
- Reporting student progress and providing feedback to the school.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Early Careers Teacher you will:
