We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EAL HLTA to support students in a thriving mainstream secondary school in Haringey. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to make a significant impact on students' language development and academic success.

As an EAL Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in this vibrant secondary school in Haringey, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students for whom English is an additional language (EAL). Requirements
To be considered for the role of EAL HLTA you will:
- Deliver targeted EAL interventions to students with varying levels of English proficiency

- Plan and deliver small-group and one-to-one sessions to enhance language acquisition and literacy skills
- Work collaboratively with teachers to differentiate lessons and ensure inclusivity in the classroom
- Monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents
