Smart Teachers are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant for our office based in Shoreditch, London, to start ASAP.
£27,500 OTE
About the role
Smart Teachers works with all sectors within Education from Primary Schools to SEN Provisions and Secondary Schools. We predominantly recruit for Teachers and Teaching Assistants as well as Admin roles within Schools.
The role of an Candidate Consultant is to:

Be the first point of contact for potential candidates calling in

Chase up references and outstanding documents as part of each candidates registration

Attend school meetings

Source and select candidates

Network and advertise to potential candidates

Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Candidate Consultant you will:
- You’re great at time management and have great organisational skills
- You’re looking for a role that results in career progression and commission
- You’re positive, enthusiastic and are looking for a role that involves customer service
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
