Are you passionate about making a positive impact on young people’s lives? A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Tower Hamlets is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team.
About the role
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
- Work closely with students who need additional support to manage their behavior and engagement in school.
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional well-being.
- Support students in overcoming barriers to learning, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Assist with behavior management across the school, promoting the school’s values and policies.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Behaviour Mentor you will:
- Has experience working with young people, particularly those with challenging behavior or additional needs
- Is empathetic, patient, and committed to helping students achieve their potential
- Holds relevant qualifications or training in education, youth work, or mental health (preferred but not essential)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
