Smart Teachers is looking to appoint a 1:1 learning support assistant to support 2 pupils across Reception and Year 2 at a 2 form entry primary school in Southall. The appointed candidate should have experience dealing with challenging behaviour.
About the role
- You will be supporting 2 pupils; one in the morning and another in the afternoon
- You will be working with the class teacher to make sure the pupil's needs are met
- The role is an ASAP start and will be for the duration of this academic year
- This is a full time role, the hours are 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday- Friday

Requirements
To be considered for the role of 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have an adaptable approach to supporting pupils
- Be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour
